Place order

What information is required to place an order?

We need the name, full address and telephone number of the recipient. Please check that the information provided is valid and correctly entered in the appropriate section.

Is this payment secure?

Yes! We use the services of Stripe Inc. to process payments. We do not have access to this information under any circumstances.

Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified as a Level 1 PCI Service Provider . This is the most rigorous level of certification in the payments industry.

My payment is refused, what should I do?

As merchants, we do not know the reason for this refusal and in this case invite you to contact your bank.

How to track my order ?

You can track the progress of your order by clicking "View your order" in the confirmation email.

You will be notified by email when your order has been delivered.

How do I modify my order?

To modify your order you must contact us as quickly as possible by telephone on 02 98 26 61 61.

Local delivery

Where do you deliver?

We offer local delivery within a 15 km radius of our store.

Non-exhaustively, our service is available for the following municipalities: Pleyben, Le Cloître Pleyben, Brasparts, Lannédern, Lopérec, Saint Ségal, Port Launay, Châteaulin, Saint Coulitz, Lothey, Gouézec, Lennon.

Can I choose the delivery date or time?

Absolutely! You can choose the delivery date by indicating it in "order notes" during your purchase.

For orders with less than one business day lead time, please contact us to ensure product availability.

How much is shipping ?

Delivery is free for online orders over €50.

For deliveries within a 15km radius, the delivery rate increases from €6 to €15.

The delivery rate is calculated automatically at the order stage.

What happens if the person is not present?

We call the recipient before leaving for delivery to avoid such a situation. If we cannot reach the person, we will contact you to find a solution.

Will I receive delivery confirmation?

Yes ! When the order is delivered, the delivery person validates it and a confirmation email is sent to you.

After reception

Can I get an invoice?

As soon as your order is confirmed, you will receive a summary email. This email constitutes an invoice and is printable.

I am not satisfied with the product

Your satisfaction is at the center of our concerns.

If the delivered product does not meet your expectations, we invite you to contact us within 2 days of receipt by providing us with photos of the product. We will evaluate together the most suitable solution.
